Nuts about cheese? So are we… But not the greasy kind! We haven’t been this excited about parmesan since childhood holidays in sunny Italy But this one beats the real deal AND is good for your ticker!
INGREDIENTS: (vegan version)
cashews x 1 cup
nutritional yeast x 2-3 Tbsp
garlic (powder works best) x 1×2 Tbsp
salt x 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Throw all the ingredients into a processor and mix to fine consistency.
If needed, add more nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavour), garlic and salt to taste.
That’s it! How easy is that?
Keep in the fridge in a closed container.
