OMEGAS 3, 6, 9 (EFAS)

Essential fatty acids are necessary for normal growth and function of healthy skin cells. They help facilitate the penetration of other active ingredients such as antioxidants, because of their ability to permeate the skin barrier. EFAs contribute to flawless complexion by softening the skin, leaving it supple and youthful.

PHENOLIC ACIDS

Amongst others, our micronutrient antioxidant compounds include:

    • Ferulic Acid – the unquestionable antioxidant extender which has been shown to double photo-protective capacity of the skin when combined with vitamins C & E.

    • Caffeic Acid – just like Ferulic, it has strong antioxidant (as well as anti-inflammatory) properties. It is also known as one of the major polyphenol sources in argan oil.

    • Gallic acid – found in blueberries, flax seed and tea, this organic fruit acid is known for its healing and anti-fungal activities. It helps with pigmentation and encourages skin elasticity in ageing skin.
