This green number is bursting with vitamins, dietary fibre, probiotics and good fats so it’s guaranteed to keep you full and energy-steady until your next big meal! (Sub-text: you will not be wandering off into the snack territory…)

INGREDIENTS: (2 servings)

  • banana x 1

  • frozen berries x a handful

  • mango x 1/2

  • avocado x 1/2

  • spinach x handful

  • Greek yogurt (full fat) x 2 Tbsp

  • nut butter x 1 tsp

  • honey x 1 Tbsp

  • cinnamon x sprinkle

  • almond milk


  1. Throw everything into a blender.

  2. Whizz until smooth and frothy.

  3. Enjoy and spread the goodness!

MYHRU TIP: Whenever you’ve got some leftover fruits or fruit salad, freeze it and reuse for a smoothie later. Just remember to always add some (good) fats as they ensure proper vitamin absorption in the gut.
