Cashew Parmesan

Nuts about cheese? So are we… But not the greasy kind! We haven’t been this excited about parmesan since childhood holidays in sunny Italy 🙂 But this one beats the real deal AND is good for your ticker!

INGREDIENTS: (vegan version)

  • cashews x 1 cup
  • nutritional yeast x 2-3 Tbsp
  • garlic (powder works best) x 1×2 Tbsp
  • salt x 1/2 tsp


  1. Throw all the ingredients into a processor and mix to fine consistency.
  2. If needed, add more nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavour), garlic and salt to taste.
  3. That’s it! How easy is that? 🙂
  4. Keep in the fridge in a closed container.
